Have been using this for about an year with my Macs and PCs as networked printer.
It works very well with (Intel) Mac as a network printer and scanner with OSX Leopard/Snow Leopard's own drivers.
Acrobat Pro 9 (on Mac) didn't find the scanner initially, but the remedy was easy - just had to install the TWAIN driver from Brother's support site.
Works perfectly as a stand-alone fax when needed.

This thing is packed with features! Everything works as advertised. The wireless capability is very nice. It can send documents through email or to your PC. Very nice unit.

Everything is fine except the dual side print, can not set to auto dual side with two time print.
